Address for Visa application

Hi all!
Just wanted to make sure that everyone noticed on the Tanzania Embassy site that the address for the embassy has changed effective Mar. 1st. It's listed on the Home page of the site, but the Visa application still has their old address. The new one is listed below.

    Oh, and how do we answer where our passport was issued at? The issuing authority is U.S. Department of State, right?

    @ Claire
    Budget: I put $300.00 because that's what's on the brochure for the program (although Dr. Lewis thought we should bring at least 600-700).

    Passport: Issued at (I put) US then Dept of State for the authority.

    @Lela thanks for catching that, cause I hadn't noticed.
